elene sat down next to Trevor, taking the cool rag they kept nearby him and dabbing his forehead like she'd seen Azari doing. And suddenly, he was slowly wakening, his eyelids fluttering, muttering gently. Her breath caught in her throat as she leaned forward, her eyes shining. She listened to his question with pure joy, swallowing quickly to clear her throat.
"Trevor, you're in a clearing. The wyvern's still alive, but barely." She glanced up at Tiel for confirmation of this fact, returning her soft gaze to Trevor. "How do you feel? Are you alright? Are you in pain?"
Selene turned and looked at Azari. "Tiel has your horse, Azari. She brought it back along with her meat." The smell of softly cooking meat filled the clearing and piqued her senses, arousing her hunger. She hadn't realized just how famished she was...
Selene returned to Trevor, her hands trembling with the happiness she felt, the relief from her anxiety over him. "Would you like water? Food? What?" She asked...

iel's attention snapped to Trevor, who was waking. She was simply *ecstatic* that he had wakened, more than she expected to be. But buried that happiness deep behind a stone wall of resolution. Still, a bit escaped.
She grinned at Trevor and padded over to him. "Tiel..Wyvern...Dead?" he croaked. A rather miserable look filled Tiel's expressive features. "No... I showed it some compassion and let it live... Mayhap it can become of some use later... Maybe I could train it," she joked, trying to lighten the mood that had descended on the group since Trevor had been struck unconcious.
Azari distracted her attention from Trevor when she shrieked angrily about her missing horse. 'She brought a horse with her?' Tiel thought. 'Wow...I must have really been asleep!' Two thoughts snapped together. "Azari!" she barked, surprised. "Your horse is the black one I found!" She jumped up and trotted to the blacker-than-black filly that she had found. "Black seems to be a common horse color around here, but I'm sure this one is yours." She untied the horse and wordlessly told her to follow.
Tiel and Jetta stood side-by-side before Azari. Tiel turned to Jetta and asked her something, vocalizing it so Azari would understand. "Is this your person?" she questioned. She felt Azari's disbelief as the filly bobbed her head vigorously up and down, shaking her mane.
"Seems you've found each other again," she said, grinning.
"How is he doing?" Azari questioned her, changing the subject and indicating Trevor while stroking her errant horse's muscular neck.
"He's concious now, but I'm not sure for how long. Earlier he seemed to recognize you, so I'd suggest going to him *now*, before he falls unconcious again." Her expression became serious again.
As Azari went to speak to Trevor, Tiel grinned mischeviously and reached down and ripped a strip of meat off the cooked rabbit and popped it into her mouth. She'd wait until it was almost leather before putting into Selene's provision pouch that she still had in her possession.

revor groaned as he sat up, holding his aching head and grimacing in pain. He squinted in the direction of Selene's voice. He managed to croak out, "All of the above and while you're at it, a new head would be useful. This one seems to be the worse for wear."
His vision clearing somewhat, he gazed about, his eyes falling on Azari. He felt his breath catch in his chest. It was her. Her! The girl from his vision. So it was real, he hadn't been dreaming earlier. She was really here, in the flesh. Despite her frozen, disheveled appearance she was lovely. She looked up and their eyes met. Her face was very familiar now. She had occupied his thoughts for some time after the vision, every feature memorized. The question was whether she wanted his help or not. Could he really train her? What would the Clerics say? He realized that he was staring at Azari as all these thoughts swirled in his mind. He dropped his eyes and felt his pale face burn with embarrassment. He looked up again and smiled weakly at her, his expression softening. His attention was distracted as Selene handed him a skin of water and a piece of meat. He looked up at Selene, noting her worried expression. He grinned crookedly and muttered, "I'm all right, Selene. Don't worry. I just need to rest, that's all. Thank you for your concern." He took a bite of the warm meat and chased it down with a swig of water. It tasted divine.

zari was happy to receive the good news that her horse was in the campsite. Tiel did a great service to Azari for finding her horse. Selene attended to Trevor anxious to do anything to satisfy her anxiety she felt from him being injured from the Wyvern. Azari could see Trevor was in good hands. Selene bidding to give water and food if that was what he needed. Azari noticed how shaky Selene was. Azari went over to see Selene and Trevor.
"Are you two doing alright now? I want to go. I don't like being out in the woods very much, especially if it is raining off and on." Azari was very nervous and something was troubling her thoughts. Quietly she spoke to herself inside her mind "Besides, I want to find someone to train me." Azari looked around the place where Trevor had laid his eyes meeting hers. "Um then, well I should be getting ready to leave." Before anyone could say anything Azari was off to find her horse Jetta. On the way to finding Jetta, Azari stopped to say thank you personally to Tiel. "Tiel, I don't know how I can ever repay your kindness to me. I am very happy you took care of my Jetta for me. I was ill in worry about loosing the only horse I had." Her eyes soft and warm. Azari stretched out her hand to shake Tiel's hand in gesture of meaningful thankfulness. "Well, I must bring Jetta near the fire for warmth. It's getting late and I want to get going."

al looks back and forth from Muranog to Keleos, and to the rest of their unlikely party and sighed. His mission remained the same to save the Kethiel from its evil taint, but how to get this strange collection of peoples to join his goal first and to wield them into an effective force remained beyond him. He quietly noted the red pyromancer's shifting voice tones towards his female counterpart and wondered what that portended for the future, was it trouble and could it help. It might at least keep the group together for a little while longer.
Tal also fretted about his sister. Was she in more danger now that his return was known? And what of the young elf who he had so ruthlessly enlightened? He prayed to the forest for his safety, and hoped he would see him again. There was great potential in that youngster and he would like the opportunity to teach him.
The stiffness in his hand from his recent activities drew Tal's attention back to the here and the now. He pondered Muranog & Keleos' words, how best to proceed. The malignancy in the forest surely had it's evil tentacles in the little town but would work subtly. If it did intefere it's attempt could continue to unite this diverse group. He hated himself for such callous scheming but he knew fate had put these people together for a reason, he would assume it was for his and hope for the best. Tal closed his eyes for a second, sensed the tremendous strength and nobility lurking within the souls around him. He hoped that was the remains of his telepathy still working and not false hopes. Sending a quick silent prayer to the woods, he opened his eyes and spoke.
"The town is used to travelers and although may not be happy with such a strange group as ourselves, our numbers should keep us safe for a while. We can sleep and talk there. If you prefer we can camp outside and I will search for game. I am happy to pay for the inn for those who cannot afford and I still have a proposal to put before you. I will aid your endeavors and abide by whatever decision you make."
"There is an evil in the forest not of elvish origin spreading its influence subtly. It may have already marked us all and there could be much benefit to staying together."
